Always check for current rates
These days a lot of hotels do not accept any animals in rooms. Call hotels for current rates. You can drop your birds off at the show hall after 2:00PM on show date Friday. The show hall will be open until 8PM on that Friday. You can drop the birds off, set them up and have them ready for the show on Saturday. Or you can be at the show hall on Saturday at 7AM and do all your getting ready then. Just remember you have to be done and your birds place in their respective places in each division before the show start time of 9AM.
